Growing up in Meerut, the aroma of marinated meats grilling on open charcoal flames was part of everyday life—whether at a roadside stall, a family gathering, or a festival celebration. That memory stayed with us, and when we came to Australia, we knew there was something missing: that smoky, spicy, flavour-packed BBQ that Indians know and love.
